What equipment do I need for the workouts?

The workouts utilize a mix of free weights (dumbbell or kettlebell) and bands (long bands and mini-bands), but I also give equipment options if you don't have those available.



How long are the workouts?

Workouts are 20-30 minutes in length- easy to fit into a busy schedule!
